3.3 Analytics Cookies (Future)

- The use of analytics cookies will require your explicit consent.
- Without your consent — analytics cookies will not be loaded.
3.4 Advertising Cookies (Future)
As of the date of this policy update, Swapli does not use advertising cookies (such as Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or other advertising platforms). If we add advertising tools in the future:
- We will update this policy at least 30 days in advance.
- We will send an email notification to all registered members.
- The use of advertising cookies will require your explicit consent.
- Without your consent — advertising cookies will not be loaded and no tracking will occur.
4. Additional Storage Technologies
In addition to cookies, Swapli may use additional browser storage technologies:
Local Storage — For storing user interface preferences (such as display mode). This data remains on your device and is not sent to our servers.
Session Storage — For storing temporary data during a session (such as steps in a registration process). This is automatically deleted when you close the tab.
These technologies operate similarly to cookies and this policy applies to them in the same manner.
5. Cookie Consent
5.1 Cookie Banner
On your first visit to the website, a cookie banner will appear allowing you to choose:
"Accept All" — Consent to all types of cookies (strictly necessary + preferences + analytics + advertising, as applicable).
"Strictly Necessary Only" — Only strictly necessary cookies will be loaded. Language preferences and theme settings will not be saved between visits.
"Advanced Settings" — Manual selection by category (strictly necessary, preferences, analytics, advertising).
5.2 Changing Consent
You can change your cookie consent at any time by:

- Account Settings — If you are a registered user, cookie settings are also available in your account settings.
Changing your consent will take effect immediately. Cookies already stored will be deleted according to your new selection.
5.3 Strictly Necessary Cookies Do Not Require Consent
In accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC Section 5(3), cookies necessary for website function are exempt from the consent requirement. These cookies will be loaded in all cases.

Swapli respects your browser's "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. If your browser sends a DNT signal, non-essential cookies will not be loaded — even if you previously gave consent.

Swapli is intended for individuals 18 years of age and older only. We do not use cookies to track minors.
